<br />CES:djm '/19/90 (041/27) <br /> <br />r: .. ..... \." i\ L <br />\..) ~ Ii. a :i--': ~ , \J.l";' <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />11273 <br /> <br />APR 2 3 '1990 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND <br />AUTHORIZING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR THE STREET <br />LIGHTS REPLACEMENT PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to, and reviewed by, <br /> <br />this Council plans and specifications for the Street Lights <br /> <br />Replacement Project, as prepared by the City Engineer <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to approve said plans and <br /> <br />specifications and to authorize the advertisement for bids for <br /> <br />furnishing said work and supplies in connection therewith; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />CALIFORNIA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Those certain contract documents entitled "Street Lights <br /> <br />Replacement Project" (form dated 04/11/90) providing for the <br /> <br />removal of existing poles and reinstallation at other designated <br /> <br />locations, <br /> <br />installing new poles <br /> <br />in designated <br /> <br />locations, <br /> <br />preparation and submittal of shop drawings, salvage of existing <br /> <br />poles no longer needed, and providing all materials, equipment <br /> <br />and apparatus which are necessary to complete the work <br /> <br />hereunder,a copy of which bid documents are on file in the office <br /> <br />of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the <br /> <br />full particulars thereof, are hereby approved, and the City Clerk <br /> <br />is hereby authorized and directed to advertise for bids for <br /> <br />furnishing said services and supplies. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />11273 <br />
