EXHIBIT A <br />1. Scone of Work/ Tasks Deadline <br />Install the Fence Trash Enclosure in the location identified <br />in Exhibit B. Enclosure must have a 75% view block <br />except across the top and have a drain per the plan that is <br />provided in Exhibit B. Such work includes performing the <br />following tasks: <br />• Cut the Asphalt 12"x16' or 6"x18"x 16' <br />• Remove the soil and asphalt <br />• Place 3/4" drain rock per Exhibit B <br />• Install 8' chain link Fence with all the <br />required posts and bracing not to <br />exceed 8' with cone bolt <br />• Install 16' double gate chain link Fence <br />• Install total of 7 concrete car/trash bin stop <br />• Clean and off haul the debris <br />Exclusions: <br />• Permit ( NOT REQUIRED) <br />• Survey (NOT REQUIRED) <br />2. Pavment Terms. <br />All of the work is to be completed in a substantial and <br />workman like manner that meets the State of California <br />requirements for the sum of Fourteen Thousand Three <br />Hundred and Twenty Dollars ($ 14,320.00). Payment to <br />be made each 10 days as the work progresses to the value <br />of one hundred percent (100 %) of all work completed. <br />The entire amount of the contract is to be paid within 30 <br />days after completion. <br />Any alterations or deviation from the above specifications <br />involving extra cost of material or labor will be executed <br />upon written order and will become an extra charge over <br />the sum mentioned in this contract.
