1. Year One Deliverables: <br />Contractor will describe the process and activities your agency will <br />engage in to meet the following deliverables: <br />a. Program Objectives: At the end of March 2018, Contractor <br />will develop a scope of work that includes measurable <br />objectives that will address mitigating the use and abuse of <br />each of the following: alcohol, marijuana, and other drugs. <br />Contractor also has the option of developing a fourth <br />measurable general objective that will address AOD issues. <br />Objective categories may include, but are not limited to, the <br />following: <br />L Reduction of at -risk behavior <br />ii. Increased knowledge of the effects of alcohol, <br />marijuana, and other drugs <br />iii. Implementation of community policy initiatives to <br />minimize youth access to alcohol, marijuana, and <br />other drugs. <br />b. Training: Attendance to two (2) or more alcohol, tobacco, <br />and other drug (ATOD) prevention -related trainings every <br />month by at least two (2) staff members. <br />C. Policy development: Documentation of a policy enacted by <br />the Contractor's board of directors related to acceptance of <br />donations, goods, volunteers, or sponsorship from tobacco, <br />marijuana and alcohol companies or their affiliates. <br />Discussion of policy considerations will include benefits and <br />risks of industry affiliations. The policy may include, but not <br />be limited to, decisions by the board of directors on the <br />following: <br />L Whether to accept sponsorship of programs, events, <br />participants, etc., by the alcohol, tobacco, and /or <br />marijuana industries. <br />ii. Allowable donations and in kind goods from alcohol, <br />tobacco and/or marijuana industries. <br />iii. Alcohol, tobacco, and/or marijuana industry <br />partnership through staff volunteer activities. <br />d. Schedule and execute community conversations to assess <br />and redefine priorities and objectives.
