Travel times will be charged at the regular hourly rates, not to exceed 8 <br />hours per day. Rates charged to clients are those rates in effect at the time rendered. Rates are reviewed annually and adjusted <br />accordingly. <br /> <br />* Includes computer aided design (CAD) and geographic infonnation systems (GIS) operators. <br /> <br />Project-related expenses are charfed as follows: <br /> <br />1. Travel-related expenses (hotels, rental vehicles, parking, etc.): cost plus 5 percent. <br /> <br />2. Subcontractors (drilling, trenching, surveying, laboratory testing, etc.): cost plus 5 percent. <br /> <br />3. Out-of-pocket expenses for reprographics, aerial photos, publications, overnight shipping, project-expendable materials <br />and supplies, etc.: cost plus 5 percent. <br /> <br />4. Fonna1 deliverables/documentation: $0.10 per page. Retrieval of records more than one year after project completion <br />bear an additional charge of $100.00 per request. <br /> <br />5. Mileage: Per U.S. government rates; Field vehicles: $75.00 per day. <br /> <br />6.
