<br />11.9 Parking. <br /> <br />Tenant may use the parking facilities on the west facing side of the <br /> <br />Building for his business on a nonexclusive basis, without any extra cost to <br /> <br />Tenant. <br /> <br />11.10 Reasonableness. <br /> <br />Whenever the lease grants landlord or Tenant the right to take <br /> <br />action, exercise discretion, establish rules and regulations, or to make allocations <br /> <br />or other determinations, landlord and Tenant shall act in good faith and deal <br /> <br />fairly with each other. If either landlord or Tenant withholds consent or approval, <br /> <br />such Party shall, upon request, <br /> <br />deliver to the other Party a written statement specifying in detail the reason or <br /> <br />reasons why such consent or approval was refused. <br /> <br />11.11 Recording. <br /> <br />Recording of this Lease is prohibited except as allowed in this <br /> <br />Section. At the request of either Party, the Parties shall promptly execute and <br /> <br />record, at the cost of the requesting Party, a short form memorandum describing <br /> <br />the Premises and stating Lease's Term, its Commencement Date and Expiration <br /> <br />Date, and other information the Parties agree to include. <br /> <br />11.12 Survival of Remedies. <br /> <br />The Parties' remedies shall survive the termination of this lease <br /> <br />when the termination is caused by the Default of the other Party. <br /> <br />11.13 Entire Agreement. <br /> <br />This Lease, together with Exhibits A, Band C <br /> <br />(WHICH <br /> <br />éf\1v <br />V <br />
