<br />27. The Tenant will keep all doors opening to the exterior of the Building, all fire <br />doors, and all smoke doors closed at all times. <br /> <br />28. Tenant shall not obstruct, alter, or in any way impair the efficient operation of <br />Landlord's heating, ventilating, electrical, fire, safety or lighting systems, nor <br />shall lock any entrance doors to the Building or to the Premises used by Tenant <br />immediately after using such doors. <br /> <br />29. If Tenant uses the Premises after regular business hours or non-business days <br />Tenant shall lock any entrance doors to the Building or to the Premises used by <br />Tenant immediately after using such doors. <br /> <br />30. The Tenant will not place or keep any furniture or other item on the terraces or <br />plazas of the Building without first obtaining the written approval of the <br />Landlord. If such approval is given, the item will be place in such a manner so as <br />not to be visible from the street, freeway, or adjacent BART station and railway. <br /> <br />31. The Tenant shall not use any portion of the premise for lodging. <br /> <br />32. Landlord reserves the right to exclude or expel from the Building any person who, <br />in the judgment of landlord is intoxicated or under the influence of liquor or <br />drugs, or who shall in any manner do any act in violation of any of the rules and <br />regulations of the Building. <br /> <br />33. Tenant shall not park or attach any bicycle or motor driven cycle on or to any part <br />of the Premise or Building. <br /> <br />34. Landlord declares the entire Building and each and every part of it to be a <br />nonsmoking area. Tenant shall not permit its partners, officers, director, <br />shareholder, employees, agents, licensees, invitees, subtenants, contractors, or <br />anyone else in Tenant's employ or under Tenant's control to smoke tobacco or <br />any other substance within the Premises or the Building at any time. <br /> <br />35. Landlord reserves the right to make such other rules and regulations as in is <br />judgment may from time to time be needed for the safety, care, and cleanliness of <br />the Building and for the preservation of good order therein. <br /> <br />"0/ <br />V <br />
