If <br />Developer or a Contractor wants to <br />utilize a subcontractor that cannot <br />provide the required coverage or <br />acceptable limits Developer or <br />Contractor shall include that <br />subcontractor under its insurance. <br /> <br />Each Contractor's Commercial General Liability shall include, at a minimum, the <br />. following coverages: <br />1. Owners and contractors protective. <br />2. Broad form property damage liability including occurrence at full policy <br /> <br />limit. <br /> <br />3. <br />4. <br /> <br />Blanket explosion, collapse and underground coverage. <br />Personal injury coverages at full policy limits for the following: <br />a. False arrest, malicious prosecution, willful detention <br />imprisonment. <br /> <br />or <br /> <br />5. <br />6. <br />7. <br /> <br />b. Libel, slander, defamation of character. <br />c. Invasion of privacy, wrongful eviction or wrongful entry. <br />Products and completed operations coverage. <br />Blanket written contractual liability. <br />Employees' non-ownership liability. <br /> <br />C.
