The <br />October 28, 2005 transportation evaluation findings of our MND traffic consultant, <br />George Nickelson, and the September 2005 Draft Transportation Impact Analysis report <br />prepared for the applicant by Fehr and Peers both indicate one or more potentially <br />unavoidable intersection impacts. City staff has therefore directed our office to prepare <br />the attached proposed amendment to our September 20, 2005 Agreement. The <br />proposed amendment provides for preparation of a limited scope SEIR rather than a <br />MND. <br /> <br />With your written authorization, we would proceed immediately under this revised work <br />scope.
