I //- /6 <br /> <br />BAERS AGREEMENT <br />9/12/03 <br /> <br />ARTICLE 26-SEVERABILITY <br /> <br />If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be <br />void, invalid or unenforceable, the same will either be reformed to comply with <br />applicable law or stricken if not so conformable, so as not to affect the validity or <br />enforceability of this Agreement. <br /> <br />ARTICLE 27-ARTICLE HEADINGS <br /> <br />All section headings contained in this Agreement are for convenience and reference only. <br /> <br />ARTICLE 28- TERM OF AGREEMENT <br /> <br />This Agreement is effective on January 1, 2004 and shall continue until and unless <br />terminated as provided in Article 22. <br /> <br />ARTICLE 29-FULL AGREEMENT <br /> <br />The foregoing constitutes the full and complete Agreement of the parties.
