The City reserves the right to pursue any and all remedies at law and in equity against <br />the owner, or any successor in protest, in the event that one of the properties cited <br />above are sold individually. Both properties function as one cohesive use in that the <br />meters for 633 Pine Street (which contains four units) are located at 627 Pine Street <br />(single family residence) and there is a common driveway leading to a 4-car carport for <br />the use of both "'..- 1ies lOCAted at the ;, . 7 Pine Street. If the property <br />owner does dE::..KJe ,()-~¡¡' t;;Opðftie. Ir.Jlvi:..flê. the properties shall be made <br />to comply with parking, setbacks, and ail other applicable requirements. The property <br />owner may also legally merge the two properties into one parcel as an alternative. <br /> <br />2. Minor modifications as determined by the Zoning Administrator and/or the Building <br />Official may be permitted if it is demonstrated that such modifications are necessary in <br />order to comply with Department of Building Inspection requirements. <br /> <br />3.
