RESOLUTION NO. P- 2377 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING AN <br />INCREASE IN RATES FOR DOCKAGE, WHARFAGE, <br />DEMURRAGE AND STORAGE, SERVICE AND <br />FACILITIES, CARGO HANDLING, LINE HANDLING AND <br />MISCELLANEOUS CHARGES (TARIFF No. 8) <br />WHEREAS, Section 47f of the Charter of the City of Redwood City <br />provides that it shall be the duty of the Board of Port Commissioners to fix rates, <br />dockage, wharfage and other charges for the use and occupation of the public <br />facilities or appliances of the Port of Redwood City, and for services rendered by <br />said Port; and <br />WHEREAS, this Board approved a resolution adopting a schedule of <br />tariffs and related rules and regulations for the Port of Redwood City on April 26, <br />2017, as evidenced by Resolution No. P-2362; and <br />WHEREAS, this Board desires to adopt a general increase in the rates <br />imposed by the Port. <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF <br />THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Tariff No. 8 of the Port of Redwood City, as adopted April 26, 2017, <br />shall be, and the same is hereby, amended by the adoption of the revisions to <br />Tariff No. 8, Exhibit "A," attached hereto. <br />2. The revisions to Tariff No. 8, as adopted herein, shall be effective on <br />July 1, 2018, as specified in the attachments hereto. <br />1 <br />
