Exhibit "A" <br />The Port of Redwood City - Tariff No. 8 9101h Revised Page 27 <br />675 Seaport Boulevard Cancels - <br />Redwood City, California 94063 81s Revised Page 27 <br />Phone: (650) 306-4150 Fax: (650) 369-7636 Correction No. 222241 <br />www.redwoodcitvport.com Issued: May 23, 2018 Effective: July 1, 2018 <br />SECTION IV - FREE TIME, DEMURRAGE AND STORAGE <br />FREE TIME (Continued) Item No. <br />406 <br />EXCEPTIONS: (Continued) <br />(1) When a vessel, the sailing date of which has been announced by the Port of Redwood City does <br />not arrive within the free time periods stated in this item because of stress of weather, accident, <br />breakdown or other emergency, the free time period will be extended by a period not to exceed <br />ten (10) days. Thereafter, the wharf demurrage rates shown in this tariff shall be assessed against <br />the cargo. This exception does not apply on cargo against which wharf demurrage or storage <br />charges have accrued prior to the scheduled sailing date announced by the Port of Redwood City. <br />(2) The Port Manager may extend the allowable free time on any merchandise if terminal operators <br />or movement of merchandise are interrupted by war, earthquake, flood, riot or any unusual <br />occurrence which, in the judgment of the Port Manager, warrants the extension of such free time. <br />ASSEMBLY TIME Item No. <br />407 <br />Upon Shipper's/ Consignee's request and subject to terminal space availability, the Port Manager may <br />grant time of up to 20 days exclusive of Saturdays, Sundays and I-Iolidays beyond the regular free time <br />allowance provided for in this Tariff for assembling cargo lost aggregating 200 revenue tons or more <br />which constitutes an export/import shipment for loading or unloading to or from a specially named <br />vessel. <br />MINIMUM CHARGE Item No. <br />408 (A) <br />(A) WHARF DEMURRAGE: The minimum charge shall be thirteen dollars and twtmyss�n, one <br />cents (43-24. 3 611. <br />(B) DAILY STORAGE: When freight is stored on a daily basis for a period of less than 5 days, a <br />minimum of 5 days storage will be assessed at the rates shown in individual items, subject to a <br />minimum charge of thirteen dollars and wry=,ixn, one cents (S?713.fii) per month. or <br />fraction thereof on each invoice issued. <br />(C) MONTHLY STORAGE: The storage charge shall be nineteen dollars and <br />cents ($44.44-19,92) per month or fraction thereof. <br />Issued by: Port of Redwood City, Michael J.
