Staff Report; <br />Lisa Costa Sanders, Principal Planner presented the staff report, and <br />Michael Cohn, Principal at Strada Investment Group presented the <br />Developer's presentation. <br />2. Open public hearing; <br />Mayor Bain opened the public hearing. <br />3. Hear public comment; <br />The following members of the public spoke during public comment: <br />• Michael Brown • Francisco Martinez <br />• Patrick Lough <br />• Allison Arnold <br />• Dan Douglas <br />• Isabella Chu <br />• Lee Callister <br />• Allison Madden <br />4. Close public hearing; <br />M/S Aguirre/Seybert to close the public hearing. Motion carried <br />unanimously by voice vote. <br />5. Council discussion; <br />Recommendation: <br />1. Adopt the Resolution Approving an Addendum to the General Plan <br />Environmental Impact Report; <br />2. Introduce an Ordinance establishing the Mixed Use Waterfront Zoning <br />District to the Redwood City Zoning Ordinance; <br />3. Adopt the Resolution Certifying the Final Environmental Impact <br />Report and Adopting Findings of Fact and a Mitigation Monitoring and <br />Reporting Program; <br />4. Introduce an Ordinance amending the Zoning Map to rezone the site <br />Mixed Use Waterfront; <br />5. Introduce an Ordinance Approving a Development Agreement; <br />6. Adopt the Resolution Approving the Project Permits, including the <br />Planned Development Permit (PD2014-03) and Condominium Permit; <br />the Tentative Map (TM2014-12); the Architectural Permit, and the <br />Sign Permit (SP2014-34) <br />Staffs recommendation is based on the findings listed in the proposed <br />ordinances and resolutions and subject to the conditions of approval listed <br />therein. <br />M/S Aguirre/Borgens to approve the recommendations listed above.
