<br />City Clerk <br />city of Redwood city <br />Redwood city, CA 94063 <br /> <br />) <br />) <br />) <br />) <br />) <br />) <br />) <br />) <br /> <br />c~ry <br /> <br />RECORDING REQUESTED BY <br />AND WHEN RECORDED MAIL TO: <br /> <br />EXTENSION OF OPTION AGREEMENT <br /> <br />This Extension of option Agreement is made as of the ~~ay <br />of July, 1995, by and between REDWOOD SHORES, INC., a California <br />corporation ("Optionor"), and the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a <br />municipal corporation ("Optionee"). <br /> <br />.{¡;) RECITALS <br /> <br />'A. optionor and o~l1;n~e entered into that certain Option <br />Agreement dated May 20, 19~~nd recorded on July 18, 1985 as <br />Instrument No. 85072031 in the Official Records of San Mateo <br />County under which optionor granted to optionee the option <br />("Option") to purchase the real property situated in the City of <br />Redwood city, County of San Mateo, State of California more <br />particularly described in Exhibit A attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by this reference, subject to all of the <br />terms, conditions, restrictions and reversionary rights set forth <br />in the option Agreement. <br /> <br />B. The Option Period (as defined in the option Agreement) <br />expires on July 18, 1995. <br /> <br />CD <br />c:.n <br />0 <br />-..J <br />N <br />0') <br />N <br /> <br />C. optionor and optionee desire to extend the Option <br />Period by one (1) year to July 18, 1996. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS <br />($10.00) paid by optionee to optionor and other good and valuable <br />consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby <br />acknowledged, optionor and optionee agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. The option Period is hereby extended by one (1) year to <br />July 18, 1996, and the option shall expire if not exercised by <br />the Optionee in accordance with the terms and provisions of the <br />option Agreement by July 18, 1996. <br /> <br />2.
