(415)572-1919 <br /> <br />FIXED FEE PROPOSAL <br /> <br />We, the undersigned, propose to perform the pre-construction and general contracting services for <br />the city of Redwood City Redwood Shores Fire Station & Maintenance Facility project as <br />described in the project information data which has been attached and is dated September 1996. <br />We understand that neither the City of Redwood City nor its architect can guarantee the exact <br />design scope of work at this time. Should the actual guaranteed maximum contract cost vary in excess often percent (10%), an <br />amount based on the percent of the fixed fee quoted (to $1.6 million) will be added or deducted <br />to or from the above quoted fee. <br />2. Rudolph & Sletten, Inc. will provide pre-construction activities necessary to establish a <br />mutually agreed upon guaranteed maximum cost including mutually agreed upon contingency <br />and said fee prior to start of construction. <br />3. The above fee is valid for ninety (90) days from November 7,1996. <br />4.
