<br />5/2!Ætf46 <br /> <br />return, they need to know that the City will assist them with design and regulatory <br />permitting, and that recycled water will be both reliable and cost-effective; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, staff's research suggests that a higher discount is warranted for <br />industrial customers who are also investing in their own infrastructure; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council Utilities Committee has discussed pricing for <br />recycled water at two recent meetings and along with staff, recommends the recycled <br />water pricing policy that is attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by <br />reference; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, adoption of the pricing policy as proposed is consistent with the <br /> <br />Plan. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF REDWOOD CITY THAT: <br /> <br />1.
