The motion passed by a unanimous <br />roll call vote by those present with Council Member Ira absent. <br /> <br />7.1 Section - Motions - CITY COUNCIUREDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br /> <br />A. Approve the Joint City Council and Redevelopment Agency minutes of December <br />19, 2005, as submitted MINUTE ORDER 06-01 <br /> <br />C. Agreement for Service between the City of Redwood City and the Sequoia Union <br />High School District. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />The Council authorizes the execution of a contract with the Sequoia Union High <br />School District to provide a School Resource Officer four days a week at Sequoia <br />High School for the school year 2005-2006. The School District agrees to <br />compensate the City of Redwood City $55,978.56 for these services. <br />MINUTE ORDER 06-02 <br />D. Approval of Change Order - Community Activities Building Renovation <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />Approve Change Order for the Community Activities Building Renovation (CAB) <br />Project, in an amount not to exceed $60,000.00. MINUTE ORDER 06-03 <br /> <br />E. Agreement for Professional Services with Korve Engineering, Inc. to conduct a <br />traffic study for the Downtown Precise Plan EIR. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />Approve the agreement with Korve Engineering, Inc. for an amount not to exceed <br />$71,590.00. Fiscal Year 2004/05 Financial Reports <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />The Audit Committee members have independently reviewed the City's FY <br />2004/05 Comprehensive Annual Financial Report, the independent auditors' <br />recommendations to management and staff's responses thereto, the <br />Redevelopment Agency's Basic Financial Statements and independent auditors' <br />reports, and the staff report prepared by the Director of Finance and recommend <br />that the City Council and Redevelopment Agency Board acknowledge acceptance <br />of these reports and documents.
