<br />/A-4~ <br /> <br />SECTION 16. Section 6.04.220 of Chapter 6.04 of Title 6 of the San Mateo <br /> <br /> <br />County Ordinance Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />6.04.220 Redemption. <br /> <br />Except as otherwise provided by this ordinance or by any other law, the Owner or <br />person entitled to the control or custody of any animal impounded may, at any <br /> <br />time before the sale or other disposition thereof, redeem the same by paying all <br />proper fees assessed by Animal Control Services. Animal Control Services shall <br /> <br />issue to the Owner duplicate receipts for the amount of the fee paid. <br /> <br />SECTION 17: Unless specifically amended herein, the remaining sections of <br />Chapter 6.04 of Title 6 of the San Mateo County Ordinance Code shall remain in <br /> <br />full force and effect. <br /> <br />SECTION 18: This Ordinance shall be effective thirty days (30) from the date of <br />adoption by the last of the twenty cities which are parties to the Agreement for <br /> <br />Animal Control Services, dated June 17,2003, as amended. <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * <br /> <br />L:\CLIENT\A_DEPTS\ANIMAL\2005\City ORD Amending Chapter 6.04 ofTitle 62 FINAL.doc <br />Revised August 10, 2005 <br /> <br />23 <br /> <br />
