By law, the <br />governor is required to submit a revised budget proposal in May (the "May <br />Revise"), that shows his updated priorities following the more accurate as- <br />sessment of revenues made possible by the receipt of the April tax payments <br />from individuals and businesses. Comments on the draft. are due to SWRCB by January 25, <br />and a public hearing has been scheduled for February 8.
