<br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Introduce an ordinance to amend Redwood City Municipal Code, Article 1 <br />Section 5.1. This will adopt, by reference, the Animal Control Ordinance of <br />the County of San Mateo, as recently amended. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE AMENDING REDWOOD CITY MUNICIPAL CODE TO ADOPT BY <br />REFERENCE CHAPTER 6.04 OF TITLE 6 OF THE SAN MATEO COUNTY <br />ORDINANCE CODE AS AMENDED ON SEPTEMBER 13, 2005, RELATING TO <br />REGULATIONS FOR ANIMAL CONTROL <br /> <br />9. MATTERS OF COUNCIL INTEREST <br /> <br />A. Legislation (information only) - This sub-section involves possible discussion of <br />City Position on Proposed Legislation described in the League of California Cities <br />Priority Focus Bulletin No. 1-2006 and 2-2006. Council may direct staff to act on <br />positions taken by Council. (Copies of League of California Cities Priority Focus <br />available in City Clerk's Department.) <br /> <br />10.
