The program will include a harassment and discrimination law <br />compliance component that will satisfy the legally mandated requirements under <br />the broader theme of workplace respect. <br /> <br />You have approximately 300 supervisory employees and each workshop will <br />have approximately 50 employees, requiring a total of six sessions, each 2.5 <br />hours in length. We can conduct two sessions per week and the training can <br />begin in September and end in October 2005. <br /> <br />Additionally, for those supervisory employees who are unable to attend the live <br />training, a video and facilitator's guide, that contains facilitator notes and content <br />to satisfy the requirements of AS1825, can be included. <br /> <br />Related services we will provide as part of this proposal: <br /> <br />.
