MSR;dp:5/17/79 <br />RESOLUTI ON N0, 8283 ORIGINAL <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO, 5 BETWEEN THE STATE OF MAY 2 1197 <br />CALIFORNIA (DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION) AND THE <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY RELATING TO A RAILROAD ADVANCE <br />WARNING SIGN PROJECT IN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires the construction <br />of a railroad advance warning sign project in the City of Redwood <br />City; and <br />WHEREAS, an agreement (Supplement No. 5 to Local Agency - <br />State Agreement No. 04-5029) has been presented to this Council <br />to accomplish the aforementioned purposes and it is the desire of <br />this Council to approve such agreement; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain agreement "Program of Local Agency Federal Aid <br />Urban System Projects in the City of Redwood City" (Supplement No. 5) <br />by and between the City of Redwood City and the State of California <br />(Department of Transportation) a copy of which agreement is on file <br />in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby <br />made for the full terms and conditions thereof, is hereby approved, <br />and the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute such <br />agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br />8,;Z8 0 <br />
