MSR:yc:5/31/79 <br />Rev. <br />ORIGINAL <br />R E S O L U T I O N NO. 8291 JUN 4 1919 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE FURNISHING <br />OF ONE CUTTER -SUCTION DREDGE; AND AUTHORIZING CITY <br />CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br />specifications for the furnishing of one cutter -suction dredge to <br />be used for municipal purposes; and <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof <br />and authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for the furnishing <br />of one cutter -suction dredge; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Those certain specifications prepared in the office of <br />the Director of Public Works and on file in the office of the City <br />Clerk, entitled "City of Redwood City, California - Bid Documents <br />and Specifications for Cutter -Suction Dredge," are hereby approved. <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to call <br />for bids for the furnishing of one cutter -suction dredge as called <br />for in the aforementioned specifications. <br />8 291 <br />
