City Clerk a good and sufficient bond in form to be approved by <br />the City Attorney, securing the faithful performance by said <br />owner or Subdivider of all work and the construction of all <br />improvements designated or mentioned in said agreement, and <br />within the time therein specified, the amount of said bond to <br />be Twenty-five Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($25,000.00) and <br />also a good and sufficient bond in form to be approved by the <br />City Attorney securing the payment by said Subdivider of all <br />bills for labor and materials incurred in the construction of <br />any and all said improvements, and the doing of all other work <br />therein agreed to be done by the said Subdivider, the amount <br />of said bond to be Twenty-five Thousand and No/100 Dollars <br />($25,000.00). <br />3. That said Subdivider shall, before the release of said <br />final map to owner of record and as a condition precedent to <br />the recordation thereof, furnish to the City and file with the <br />City Clerk certificates or policies of public liability and <br />property damage insurance as required by the above mentioned <br />agreement entitled "Agreement for the Improvement of The Oak <br />View Subdivision," on file in the office of the City Clerk. <br />AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: <br />That those certain plans entitled "Curb, Gutter and Side- <br />walk Improvements at 407 Oak Avenue" which plans are now on <br />file in the office of the City Engineer, are hereby approved <br />and adopted as the plans according to which the above mentioned <br />improvements shall be done. <br />AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: <br />That certain proposed agreement between the City of Redwood <br />City and said Subdivider, entitled "Agreement for the Improvement <br />of The Oak View Subdivision," a copy of which is on file in the <br />office of the City Clerk and to which reference is hereby made, <br />is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized <br />-2- <br />
