MSR:dp:4/2/79 R E S O L U T I O N N 0. 8 2 6 8 RESOLUTION AMENDING SECTION 7 OF RESOLUTION NO. 8226, ppR 21979 RELATING TO ISSUANCE OF REDWOOD CITY GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1-64 FACILITIES BONDS, SERIES E, AND RECLAMATION BONDS, SERIES E BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: 1. Section 7 of Resolution No. 8226, entitled "Providing for the Issuance of Not to Exceed $8,950,000 Principal Amount of Redwood City General Improvement District No. 1-64 1964 Facilities Bonds, Series E; Establishing a Series E Sinking Fund Account; Adopting an Official Statement for Said Series E Facilities Bonds; and Authorizing and Directing Publication of the Notice of Sale of Said Series E Facilities Bonds Together With Not to Exceed $2,850,000 Principal Amount of Redwood City General Improvement District No. 1-64 Reclamation Bonds, Series E," adopted February 5, 1979, by the Council of the City of Redwood City, is hereby amended to read as follows: "Section 7. (a) Seventy-five per cent (75%) of the proceeds of the sale of the Series E Bonds shall be deposited by the City Treasurer in the following respective funds (after deducting from such funds the pro rata shares of the sums required to be deposited in the fund referred to in Section 6 hereof and the pro rata shares of any discount bid on the Series E Bonds) as follows, except that if the aggregate principal amount of Series E Bonds to be issued is reduced at the time of the sale of the Series E Bonds in accordance with and subject to the Official Notice of Sale of the Series E Bonds set forth in Section 11 of Resolution No. 8225 adopted by the Council of the City this date, the amounts hereinafter set forth in paragraphs (a)(i), (a)(ii) and (a)(iii) of this Section shall be reduced pro rata in the proportion that that reduced aggregate principal amount of Series E Bonds to be issued bears to $8,950,000:
