dollar amounts set forth in said paragraphs (a)(i) through <br />(a)(iii) bear to the total of said dollar amounts. Within <br />thirty (30) days of the transfer of all remaining funds from <br />the Series E Allocation Fund to the funds referred to in said <br />paragraphs (a)(i) through (a)(iii), the City Treasurer shall <br />submit to the Council of the City of Redwood City a written <br />report stating the total amounts of the proceeds of sale of <br />the Series E Bonds deposited in each of said funds, together <br />with a proposed form of resolution to be adopted by said Council <br />establishing a written record thereof. No additional series <br />of Redwood City General Improvement District No. 1-64 1964 <br />Facilities Bonds shall be sold by the City until all proceeds <br />in the Series E Allocation Fund have been transferred as herein- <br />above required and the Council of the City of Redwood City has <br />adopted the aforementioned resolution." <br />-3- <br />
