6.1.A. - Page 8 <br />applicant for employment because of race, religion, color, sex, physical or <br />mental disability, age, sexual orientation, or national origin. City shall comply with Section <br />504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, which provides that no otherwise qualified <br />handicapped individual shall, solely by reason of a handicap, be excluded from <br />participation or be denied the performance of this Agreement. <br />17. Termination. Either Party may elect to terminate this Agreement by giving thirty <br />(30) days prior written notice.
