Open the gates at the Marshall Street <br />parking structure after 6 AM on July 4 and leave open until normal operations <br />on July 5. <br />Provide the PCA with a contact name and phone number if problems occur <br />with the parking gates. <br />Street sweeping of the Festival area at approximately 7:30 PM after the <br />Festival has closed on July 4.
