These events are subject to and in accordance with the terms <br />and conditions herein. <br />Permission is granted to the Peninsula Celebration Association ("Permittee"), by the City <br />of Redwood City ("City"). This permit is subject to the following terms and conditions: <br />Parade and Arts & Crafts Festival: Permittee shall sponsor said activities. <br />2. Revocation: This permit may be revoked at any time without cause by the City. <br />3. Non-Transferabilitv: This permit is non -transferable. <br />4. Location: The parade will be conducted in the areas detailed on the attached map <br />provided by the PCA in their letter dated March 1, 2018. Parade staging areas <br />require road closures throughout the Centennial Neighborhood. The festival will be <br />conducted on Broadway from Winslow to Main Street, Hamilton from Middlefield <br />Parking Lot to Marshall, Middlefield from Broadway to Marshall, Theatre Way from <br />Middlefield to Broadway, and Jefferson from the parking garage entrance at the <br />Cinema Complex to Marshall. Minor alterations to the parade route and festival <br />areas may be required to facilitate these events. Should alterations be required, any <br />change to the parade route and festival area locations will be determined under the <br />supervision and approval of the Police Chief or his designee. <br />5. Dates and Times: The parade, festival, parade run, shall be conducted on <br />Wednesday, July 4, 2018. The parade staging area, line-up area and route shall be <br />reserved between 6:00 am to 2:00 pm. The start time of the "Parade Run" will be <br />8:00 am and the parade will begin at 10:00 am. Courthouse Square will be reserved <br />
