6.1.E. - Page 6 <br />Section 1. That the sum of Seven Hundred Thousand Dollars ($700,000) shall be <br />appropriated from the fund balance in the City's Community Benefits Fund for a one-time <br />contribution to MidPen Housing to support the development of a childcare center at 707 <br />Bradford Street. <br />Section 2. That the same sum of Seven Hundred Thousand ($700,000) shall be <br />allocated from the unassigned portion of the Community Benefits Fund to Community <br />Development Administration, from which account the City shall make the one-time <br />contribution to MidPen Housing referenced in Section 1 above. <br />Section 3.
