6.1.F. - Page 20 <br />DRAFT 5/18/2018 <br />33. No Effect on Other Government Jurisdiction. This Agreement has no effect <br />whatsoever on the regulatory, environmental, or other jurisdiction of any federal, state, local, or <br />other government entity not a party to this Agreement. <br />34. Headings. The title headings of the sections of this Agreement are inserted for <br />convenience only and shall not be considered in construing this Agreement. <br />35. Effective Date. This Agreement shall become effective upon execution by all <br />Parties and the Governor. For purposes of bringing a validation action under -4, this <br />Agreement shall be deemed entered into upon execution by the Executive Officer of the <br />Commission, who shall be the last to sign prior to the signature of the Governor. <br />36. Termination. If the conveyances called for under this Agreement have not been <br />completed within one year of the Effective Date, this Agreement shall terminate and be of no <br />further force and effect unless extended in writing by both the City and the Commission, each in <br />their sole and absolute discretion. The enactment or effectiveness of Trustee Legislation is not a <br />conveyance for purposes of this provision. <br />37. Exhibits A through H.
