ORIGINAL TASK ORDER NO. 1 [VVATER ALLOCATION PROGRAM/- KORTECH CONSULTING] This Task Order is entered into pursuant to the terms and conditions of the following described agreement (the "Agreement"), entered into by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California (the "City"), and the consultant (the "Consultant") hereinafter identified: Title of Agreement: AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL TECHNICAL SUPPORT WATER ALLOCATION PROGRAM Consultant: ,V~OT~r'U,,.,,,, ,-,.,, , CONSUl T!HG,, K-... 640 Lakemead Way, Suite A Redwood City, CA 94062 Date of Agreement: July 15, 2002 1. Task Described. Consultant shall perform the following services, which are in addition to those services described in the Agreement. 2. Description of Services: See Exhibit "A,".attached. 3. Compensation. City shall compensate Consultant for the services described in this Task Order based upon the rates of charge and method of calculation described' in Exhibit "A" and in the original Agreement, a copy of which is on file in the City Clerk's Office, and in an amount NOT TO EXCEED Twenty- seven Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($27,500). 4. Time of Performance. Consultant shall perform the services to be provided pursuant to this Task Order on or before November 30, 2002. 5. Approval. In accordance with the Agreement, this Task Order was approved by the City Council of Redwood City on October 7, 2002, by motion .duly made and carried (a copy of the Minute Order evidencing such approval is attached). 6. Limitation; Incorporation by Reference: Except as supplemented or modified hereby, all terms and conditions of the Agreement are hereby incorporated herein by this reference, and shall remain in full force and effect.
