06/11/2018 <br />WHEREAS, the Community Development Director recommends that it is in the <br />City's best interest to enter into the Reimbursable Services Agreements with CHP for <br />traffic control support services for the 101/84 Interchange Project. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br />RESOLVED that the City approves, and authorizes the City Manager to execute, <br />the Reimbursable Services Agreements with the State of California Department of <br />California Highway Patrol for traffic control support services for the 101/84 Interchange <br />Project, which are attached hereto as Exhibit A (FY2018) and Exhibit B (FY 2019) and <br />incorporated herein by reference.
