06/11/2018 <br />Section 1. That the sum of Seven Hundred Thousand Dollars ($700,000) shall <br />be appropriated from the fund balance in the City's Community Benefits Fund for a one- <br />time contribution to MidPen Housing to support the development of a childcare center at <br />707 Bradford Street. <br />Section 2. That the same sum of Seven Hundred Thousand ($700,000) shall be <br />allocated from the unassigned portion of the Community Benefits Fund to Community <br />Development Administration, from which account the City shall make the one-time <br />contribution to MidPen Housing referenced in Section 1 above. <br />Section 3.
