Through the certification and adoption of the Final SEIR, the Findings and <br />Statements Required by the California Environmental Quality Act and Statement of Overriding <br />Considerations, and the associated Mitigation Monitoring Plan (MMRP), all identified impacts <br />associated with the Downtown Precise Plan amendment to increase the office development cap <br />would be mitigated to a less -than -significant level and any remaining significant and unavoidable <br />impacts identified by the Downtown Precise Plan EIR are outweighed by specific economic, <br />legal, social, technological, or other benefits. <br />Section 4. Downtown Precise Plan Amendment. The Council amends the text of <br />DTPP Section 2.0.4.1.b as follows: <br />b. Office development under this Plan shall not exceed 509LO88 574.667 net <br />new square feet of gross floor area (74.667 of which to be located at 851 <br />Main Street). <br />Section 5.
