4353 13.07 GUARANTY <br />4354 Concurrently with execution of the 2009 Franchise Agreement, Contractor furnished a <br />4355 Guaranty of its performance thereunder, in the form of Attachment G, properly executed <br />4356 by Recology Inc., a California corporation. Said Guaranty by its terms applies to any <br />4357 amendment to the 2009 Franchise Agreement, including this Agreement.
