386 Missed Pick -Up Collection Event <br />387 "Missed Pick -Up Collection Event" means events whereby Contractor failed to Collect Solid <br />388 Waste, Targeted Recyclable Materials, and Organic Materials on or before the Business Day <br />389 following Contractor's receipt of the Missed Pick -Up Initial Complaint. The only exceptions to <br />390 this definition include: Missed Pick -Up Initial Complaints for which Contractor: (i) documented in <br />391 its Customer service system the Customer's failure to properly set out Container or that the <br />392 Containers were blocked for Collection based on the route driver's report; and, (ii) coded the call <br />393 for a recollection request or courtesy pick-up prior to receiving a Missed Pick -Up Initial <br />394 Complaint. <br />395 Missed Pick -Up Initial Complaint <br />396 "Missed Pick -Up Initial Complaint" means Complaints received by Contractor, Agency, or <br />397 SBWMA for missed pick-up of Solid Waste, Targeted Recyclable Materials, and Organic <br />398 Materials with the exception of Missed Pick -Up Complaints for which Contractor: (i) documented <br />399 in its Customer service system the Customer's failure to properly set out Container or that the <br />400 Containers were blocked for Collection based on the route driver's report; and, (ii) coded the call <br />401 for a recollection request or courtesy pick-up prior to receiving a Missed Pick -Up Complaint on <br />402 that same Day. <br />403 Mixed Use Building or Mixed Use <br />404 "Mixed Use Building" or "Mixed Use" means a Premises containing five (5) or more individual <br />405 Residential Premises (dwelling units) and one (1) or more Commercial units. <br />406 Multi -Family, Multi -Family Dwelling, or MFD <br />407 "Multi -Family," "Multi -Family Dwelling", or "MFD" means an individual Residential Premises in a <br />408 building that contains five (5) or more individual Residential Premises. <br />409 Multi -Family Residential Complex or Multi -Family Premises <br />410 "Multi -Family Residential Complex" or "Multi -Family Premises" means the building(s) containing <br />411 five (5) or more individual Residential Premises. Such Premises normally have centralized Solid <br />412 Waste and Targeted Recyclable Materials Collection service for all units in the building and are <br />413 billed to one address (typically the Owner or property manager). <br />414 Net Revenue Billed <br />415 "Net Revenue Billed" means the amount determined in accordance with Section 11.03.E of the <br />416 Agreement. <br />417 Occupant <br />418 "Occupant" means a Person who occupies a Premises. <br />419 On -Call Service <br />420 "On -Call Service" means Collection service provided by Contractor that is not regularly <br />421 scheduled or is scheduled more than twenty-four (24) hours in advance.
