541 Residential Property <br />542 "Residential Property" means property used for residential purposes. <br />543 Residential Recyclable Materials <br />544 "Residential Recyclable Materials" means Targeted Recyclable Materials Collected from both <br />545 Single -Family Dwelling Customers and Multi -Family Residential Complexes. <br />546 Revenue Requirement <br />547 "Revenue Requirement" means the total projected amount of revenue that must be included in <br />548 determination of Agency's Rates to cover all costs associated with Contractor's Compensation, <br />549 Contractor Pass -Through Costs, and Other Pass -Through Costs for a Rate Year. <br />550 SB 1383 <br />551 "SB 1383" means the Short-lived Climate Pollutants: Methane Emissions: Dairy And Livestock: <br />552 Organic Waste: Landfills Act of 2016 (Chapter 395, Statues of 2016 [Lara, SB 1383]), also <br />553 commonly referred to as "SB 1383", as amended, supplemented, superseded, and replaced <br />554 from time to time. Of particular significance to the Collection services provided under the terms <br />555 of this Agreement, SB 1383 establishes State-wide targets for the reduction of Organic <br />556 Materials Disposal. <br />557 SBWMA <br />558 "SBWMA" means the South Bayside Waste Management Authority, which is a joint powers <br />559 authority comprised of the Member Agencies. <br />560 SBWMA Service Area <br />561 "SBWMA Service Area" means the service area comprised of the SBWMA's Member Agencies, <br />562 which include the following: Town of Atherton, City of Belmont, City of Burlingame, City of East <br />563 Palo Alto, City of Foster City, Town of Hillsborough, City of Menlo Park, City of Redwood City, <br />564 City of San Carlos, City of San Mateo, sections of unincorporated San Mateo County, and West <br />565 Bay Sanitary District. <br />566 Service Area <br />567 "Service Area" means the area within, and, if applicable, outside Agency's jurisdictional <br />568 boundaries with respect to which Agency exercises franchising authority for the Collection of <br />569 Solid Waste, Targeted Recyclable Materials, Organic Materials, or other materials pursuant to <br />570 this Agreement. <br />571 Service Day <br />572 "Service Day" means Monday through Sunday excluding Holidays specified in this Attachment A <br />573 for the Collection services. <br />574 Service Opportunity <br />575 "Service Opportunity" means each individual opportunity the Contractor has to Collect Solid <br />576 Waste, Targeted Recyclable Materials, and Organic Materials from a Customer's Container <br />577 which is equivalent to the required Single -Family, Multi -Family, and Commercial lifts.
