68 ARTICLE 1 <br />69 DEFINITIONS <br />70 1.01 DEFINITIONS <br />71 Unless the context otherwise requires, capitalized terms used in this Agreement shall <br />72 have the meanings set forth in the definitions contained in Attachment A. <br />73 1.02 STATUTORY DEFINITIONS <br />74 Unless a term is otherwise defined in this Agreement, terms used in this Agreement shall <br />75 have the same meaning as the definitions of those terms contained in the Act.
