3772 1. In Rate Years Eight, Nine, and Ten (2018, 2019, 2020), an adjustment shall be <br />3773 made to allocated indirect costs to account for a reduction in the staffing of <br />3774 Contractor's Waste Zero Specialists (from 8 full-time positions to 6 full-time <br />3775 positions). The adjustment shall be made by adding a new line item to the <br />3776 Contractor's Compensation adjustment calculations (after the General and <br />3777 Administrative line item), which shall be titled "Adjustment for Waste Zero <br />3778 Specialists" and include a negative amount of $200,000 for Rate Year Eight <br />3779 (2018). The annual reduction amount shall be adjusted annually for Rate Year <br />3780 Nine (2019) and Ten (2020) using the same adjustment method used to adjust <br />3781 the General and Administrative costs. <br />3782 2. In Rate Year Ten (2020), the vehicle depreciation shall be $4,092,539. <br />3783 11.03 ANNUAL REVENUE RECONCILIATION PROCESS <br />3784 After completion of each Rate Year, a revenue reconciliation process will be <br />3785 implemented as provided in this Section and further described in Attachment K, Section <br />3786 10. <br />3787 <br />The purpose of this process is to determine, for each Member Agency, the difference <br />3788 <br />between the actual Net Revenue Billed for such Member Agency for the preceding Rate <br />3789 <br />Year and the calculated Contractors Compensation approved for such Member Agency <br />3790 <br />for that Rate Year. <br />3791 <br />The Contractor shall submit a report to Agency and SBWMA on or before March 31 of <br />3792 <br />each Rate Year, commencing March 31, 2021. <br />3793 The report shall include the following information (items) for the preceding Rate Year <br />3794 <br />A. Gross Revenue Billed. Gross Revenue Billed is the total amount billed by <br />3795 <br />Contractor or Agency to Customers for all services attributable to the Rate Year in <br />3796 <br />question as further defined in Attachment A. The report shall identify the amount of <br />3797 <br />Gross Revenue Billed attributable to each Member Agency. (In the case of Member <br />3798 <br />Agencies that bill Customers directly for some or all of the services provided by <br />3799 <br />Contractor, Gross Revenue Billed shall include all amounts paid to Contractor by <br />3800 <br />those Member Agencies.) <br />3801 <br />B. Payments to SBWMA. Payments to SBWMA are the amounts charged by SBWMA <br />3802 <br />for delivery of materials to the Designated Transfer and Disposal Facility. They do <br />3803 <br />not include payments to SBWMA pursuant to Section 6.02 for excess <br />3804 <br />Contamination. The report shall identify the amount of these payments attributable <br />3805 <br />to each Member Agency, using the methodology described in Attachment K, <br />3806 <br />Section 8. <br />3807 <br />C. Payments to Agencies for Franchise Fees and Other Fees Described in Article <br />3808 <br />10. The report shall identify the amount of these payments attributable to the Rate <br />3809 <br />Year in question made to each Member Agency. <br />3810 D. Revenues Attributable to Additional Service.
