Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the five year Cooperative Service <br />Agreement and the first year's Work and Financial Plan for $57,600 between the City <br />of Redwood City and United States Department of Agriculture Animal and Plant Health <br />Inspection Service Wildlife Services. <br />2. Authorize the City Manager to execute future annual Scope of Work/Budget plans as <br />referenced in the Cooperative Service Agreement. <br />M/S Gee/Masur to authorize the City Manager to execute future annual Scope of <br />Work/Budget plans as referenced in the Cooperative Service Agreement. <br />Motion carried 6-0-1 by electronic vote with Council Member Seybert recused and <br />abstained. <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
