Towing• <br />Any vehicles that are blocking the roadway or are illegally parked and deemed a hazard shall be towed <br />(22651 m CVC). A CHP 180 must accompany the tow. <br />Emergency Personnel: <br />The Fire Department will have personnel on scene for the fireworks. The City's Fire Marshal will have <br />authority for safety of the launch area (Wharf 4) and will be working closely with the pyrotechnic company <br />and personnel on meeting all safety standards. <br />RESO P-2380 <br />
