hereby accepted and said bidder is hereby found and declared to be the lowest <br />responsible bidder for said work. <br />2. That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement" by and between the City <br />of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California, by and <br />through its Board of Port Commissioners ("Port of Redwood City") and W.C. <br />Fairchild, Inc., dba Xcede Construction, a copy of which agreement is on file in <br />the office of the Port Executive Director, to which copy reference is hereby made <br />for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the Port Executive <br />Director and the Port Executive Secretary are hereby authorized and directed to <br />execute and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of <br />the Port of Redwood City. <br />3. Any and all informalities or irregularities in the aforementioned bid of <br />W.C. Fairchild, Inc., dba Xcede Construction are hereby waived. <br />4.
