After pressure from 2 cities and water districts, SF has <br /> agreed $1 .eB to cover cost of their work and to fix the regional delivery system with <br /> the passage of the three bills in Sacramento. <br /> <br /> Hartnett - CIP reserve - should keep the reserve, should receive recommendations <br /> later on, want to work on 6 items but pot may not cover more than one. Should <br /> apply some amount of reserves for RWS library and it should be more than a <br /> library, possibly additional activities. Additional park renovation and sports fields - <br /> once land is gone, it's gone - keep looking for joint venture opportunities. <br /> <br /> Howard - agrees, but would like to be as creative as possible, utilize UUT and <br /> remember Courthouse renovation, look at all opportunities. <br /> <br />9.
