Alternative <br />The City Council is required to approve and adopt a WSA. The consequences of <br />postponing or canceling action are unknown. <br /> <br />Fiscal Impact <br />SB 221 and SB 610 do not provide for reimbursement from the State for the costs incurred <br />by cities, counties, and water suppliers to comply with the new laws. Therefore, SB 221 <br />and SB 610 will financially impact cities, counties, and water suppliers.
