RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> REDWOOD CITY APPROVING THE FIRST AMENDMENT TO <br /> THE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT WITH CITY ATTORNEY <br /> STAN T. YAMAMOTO <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on July 30, 2001, the City of Redwood City (the "City") entered into <br />an Employment Agreement (the "Agreement") with Stan Yamamoto ("Employee") for <br />City Attorney services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, among other things, the Agreement provides for reimbursement of <br />rental costs associated with temporary housing in the City for Employee and/or his <br />family; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Employee has recently sold his home in Southern California, and to <br />allow his daughter to register for the upcoming school year, Employee was required to <br />quickly locate temporary housing and was unable to confine his housing search to <br />Redwood City; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Parties desire to amend the Agreement to allow Employee to be <br />reimbursed for temporary housing in San Mateo or Santa Clara counties. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1.
