All correspondence the City has received proves no authority or mason for <br /> City involvement. A remote issue for City response as discussed, is a discretionary offer to <br /> facilitate mediation, which requires consent of both parties. The issue of whether the marina <br /> qualifies as a floating home marina must be determined in a court of law and not appropriate for <br /> the City to rule on. <br /> <br /> Rudy Luca thanked City Council and staff for securing a new van at the Senior Center for the <br /> Fun After 50 Club and AARP. He stated he is happy to report the issue has been resolved in <br /> their favor with a better van, better equipped for disabled, a lift and capacity for two more <br /> passengers. <br /> <br />7.
