Deny approval of the agreement and direct staff to not move forward with the <br />microfilm and microfiche digitization project. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />The total estimated cost to digitize the City’s microfilm and microfiche libraries <br />containing permit and police records is $108,260.
