<br /> Consolidated Plan REDWOOD CITY 89 <br />OMB Control No: 2506-0117 (exp. 06/30/2018) <br />Strategic Plan <br />SP-05 Overview <br />Strategic Plan Overview <br />The City Redwood City’s Year Consolidated Plan for 2018-2022 identifies the community’s affordable <br />housing, community development and economic development needs and outlines a coordinated <br />strategy for addressing them. The housing and community needs and market analysis have been <br />analyzed in context with the community input received to develop a strategy to prioritize needs and <br />resources. <br />For purposes of this plan, the financial resources to implement the strategy include the federal CDBG <br />and HOME programs, as well as other federal, state and local programs as they are identified. The <br />strategy also identifies local housing policies that are in place or may be added to promote and preserve <br />affordable housing not utilizing federal funds. <br /> <br /> <br />6.3.F. - Page 101
