<br /> Consolidated Plan REDWOOD CITY 124 <br />OMB Control No: 2506-0117 (exp. 06/30/2018) <br />Needs Addressed Economic Development <br />Funding CDBG: $27,500 <br />Description These funds will be used to support a training program designed to equip low-income, un- and <br />underemployed residents of Redwood City with the training, tools and resources they need to start <br />their own small businesses, creating jobs for themselves and others. <br />Target Date 6/30/2019 <br />Estimate the number and type <br />of families that will benefit <br />from the proposed activities <br />Low income households. <br />Location Description This activity will be administered by Renaissance Entrepreneurship Center located at 1848 Bay Road, <br />East Palo Alto, CA. Classes will be provided primarily in Redwood City at two locations including the <br />Sobrato Center at 330-350 Twin Dolphin Drive, Redwood City, CA 94065 and at the City Main Library <br />located at 1044 Middlefield Road, Redwood City, CA 94063 <br />Planned Activities The FY2018-19 program funded is as follows: <br />Redwood City Entrepreneur Training Program, Renaissance Entrepreneurship Center, 1848 Bay Road, <br />East Palo Alto, CA.
